We are looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our Property Tax team! You will help provide high-quality implementation services to our clients while being responsible for analyzing client data for translation into the format needed for our solutions. You will assist the Implementation Manager with daily support for clients and investigating new software features using feedback gathered during the implementation processes. You will report to the Manager, Implementation Services. This is a remote position in the United States.

• You will work with newly contracted customers to gain understanding of their data files, then format for software implementation
• You will identify implementation challenges and provide recommendations for solutions
• You will gather customer feedback to identify and document gaps in software functionality
• Work with the Implementation Manager to resolve gaps in software functionality
• Help with documentation needed for clients on implementation processes

• 2 + years of experience in property tax knowledge required
• We require prior software implementation experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables experience required)
• 2+ years sifting through client data and organizing to import into Software
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning
• Experience working with tax software
• Excellent time and project management

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.

Colorado $88,000- $140,000 (annually)
Washington $88,000-$155,700 (annually)
California $88,000-$170,300 (annually)
NYC $106,500-138,400 (annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
