Partner Onboarding Specialist
The Partner Onboarding Specialist plays an important role in Avalara's Brazil Go-to-Market strategy. You will increase the expansion and enablement of our Partner ecosystem by developing programs that strengthen partners' sales and delivery capabilities. This role is remote, based in Brazil and will report into the director of sales.

Partner Enablement & Training
Own and execute the full partner onboarding journey.

Deliver structured training to new partners covering:
Avalara’s product portfolio, brand positioning, and value proposition.
Pricing models and sales enablement materials.

Coordinate advanced technical and implementation training for delivery partners, ensuring:
Access to Avalara University and certification programs.
Mastery of technical knowledge and implementation best practices.
Tier 1 Support Development

Design and deliver training for Tier 1 support partners, ensuring proficiency in:
Customer service workflows and escalation protocols.
Internal systems, tools, and partner communication channels.
Marketing & Co-branding Enablement

Educate partners on leveraging Avalara’s marketing resources, including:
Co-marketing funds for joint events, brand awareness, and demand generation.
Approved marketing materials and institutional assets for use in campaigns and pre-sales.
Program Development & Continuous Improvement
Create, maintain, and regularly update onboarding materials, playbooks, and training content.
Track onboarding metrics and partner performance to identify areas for enhancement.
Continuously refine onboarding programs to ensure alignment with evolving business goals and partner needs.

O que precisa possuir para ser bem sucedido
- Bachelor, Degree in business, technology, marketing, or sales management.
- 10+ years in Technology Industry (no need for SaaS)
- 8+ years with partner management
- English: intermediate level and above
- Written and spoken Spanish fluency.
