As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll drive partner marketing strategy and execution for Avalara's most strategic ERP partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you'll work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Product teams to build go-to-market programs that accelerate joint growth. Your work will directly impact how Avalara shows up in the ERP ecosystem, fueling awareness, demand, and partner engagement.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
You'll lead the development of joint marketing campaigns, content, and events with partners like Netsuite, their channel partners and other strategic ERP Partnerships. Most days, you'll build co-marketing strategy and plans, managing partner communications, and collaborating with our teams to align messaging and drive demand. You'll use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI, and marketing automation platforms to track projects, measure the impact, and keep teams aligned.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- 7+ years of experience in partner or B2B tech marketing, with experience in ERP or mid-market ecosystem partnerships
- Hands-on experience working with ERP partners and navigating complex business motions
- Experience developing and executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline, marketing KPI's and leading indicators, and partner engagement
- Experience working across teams and partner organizations
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools like PowerBI
Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.
Colorado $111,300 - $178,100 (annually)
Washington $111,300 - $196,700 (annually)
California $111,300 - $215,400 (annually)
NYC $122,900 - $215,400 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
