Avalara is looking for high-performing Sr. Director, Revenue Marekting to join our Revenue Marketing team, the engine behind pipeline generation, customer engagement, and growth. This role will report to our VP, Revenue Marketing and will build and execute full-funnel campaigns that convert interest into action — and action into pipeline — across segments, personas, and global territories. You will work with Sales, Partner, RevOps, and the broader Marketing team to promote measurable revenue outcomes.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. It's an opportunity to shape it. You will use data, automation, AI, and deep go-to-market experience to guide repeatable, high-velocity results. You will lead strategy through execution, collaborating with your GTM counterparts to build and pull the levers needed to meet targets across all pipeline sources.
You will plan ahead to guarantee a clear path to your number, supporting sales bookings with accuracy and foresight. You'll balance new in-market activity with real-time optimizations. Your constant north star is predictable, scalable, and attributable pipeline.
