What You'll Do

As the Director of Web Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy, design, performance, and optimization of our corporate website. Our website is our most powerful growth engine, connecting our brand to decision-makers and driving demand at scale. We're looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Director of Growth

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology and is responsible for turning our site into a best-in-class digital destination that reflects our brand and drives measurable business outcomes

#LI-Remote

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Lead the website vision and roadmap—defining and delivering a modern, performant, and brand-consistent web experience

  • Own web performance and optimization (speed, accessibility, conversion), working with dev/SEO/analytics teams to improve KPIs across all funnel stages

  • Drive UX/UI strategy grounded in user research, customer journeys, A/B testing, and behavioral data

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, Brand, and RevOps to align the site to business goals and campaigns

  • Lead vendor relationships with agencies, CMS vendors, and analytics tools; manage web budget and resourcing

  • Mentor and lead a team of designers, developers, and web producers as the team scales

  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, SEO best practices, and data privacy compliance are baked into every experience

  • Act as a champion for experimentation—leveraging CRO tactics to iterate, learn, and improve site performance

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 8+ years of experience in digital experience, web strategy, or website optimization—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record leading large-scale web redesigns or optimization programs that drove measurable pipeline/revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful,
WordPress, Webflow), and web analytics (e.g. GA4, Hotjar, Adobe)
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, VWO) and SEO/SEM best practices
  • User-centered design mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, and marketing teams
  • Deep familiarity with customer journeys, product-led growth sites, and multi-touch attribution in B2B
