O que você fará

As a Revenue Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for Avalara’s U.S. Core segment. This includes supporting new logo acquisition across inbound, outbound, and account-based channels. You’ll work closely with Marketing colleagues and Sales to ensure that growth strategies and marketing programs are timely, targeted, and aligned to strategic business goals.

This role is based remotely in Brazil.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades

  • Own the strategic planning of growth marketing programs, aligning pipeline and revenue targets with campaign tactics.
  • Plan, launch and manage integrated campaigns across the buyer journey and channels to generate qualified pipeline efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, personalize messaging at scale, and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Content, and Marketing Ops to coordinate campaign assets, timing, and outreach tactics.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign KPIs (engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates) to provide data-driven insights, surface opportunities for optimization and influence future campaign planning.
  • Bring a strong understanding of Avalara’s buyer personas and their challenges. Partner with Product Marketing and Content to deliver compelling, value-led messaging throughout the buyer journey.
  • Contribute to planning and retrospectives, bringing learnings from campaign performance and field feedback into the planning process.

O que precisa possuir para ser bem sucedido

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology-focused environments.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across digital and outbound channels (SEO, paid, email, SDR enablement).
  • Exposure to account-based marketing strategies, tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and sales alignment best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI's role in tools, workflows, and daily tasks that support marketing efficiency, audience insights, content creation, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously; hunger to learn and grow
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and optimize for better performance.
  • Collaborative approach and a bias for action; you thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
