We are looking for an experienced Product Research Operations Specialist to join Avalara's Product Experience team. You will improve research recruiting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include leading participant recruitment, managing recruiting segments and dispersing gratuities for user experience research (UXR), along with support for data analysis and evaluative research efforts. You will play a critical part in research execution for the user-centered design of Avalara's SaaS solutions
- Increase participant recruitment for product research studies to provide a high quality of respondents and a response rate.
- Manage participant databases and segments by applying internal data sources and research panels
- Collaborate with customer support, marketing and other teams to source appropriate participants from our global customer base.
- Develop outreach tactics (email campaigns), manage outreach workflows and scheduling tools, and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Conduct quantitative research activities, including analytics, behavioral data, A/B testing, statistical analysis and surveys.
- You will report to Lead UX Researcher, Location: Pune.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Manage the end-to-end process of UXR participant recruitment and gratuity administration.
- Maintain participant databases, ensuring accuracy and data privacy compliance.
- Coordinate with Avalara's other customer-facing programs to ensure PXG recruiting aligns smoothly with broader customer engagement activities.
- Support evaluative research efforts, including usability testing and prototype validation. Collaborate with teams to align research findings with business and product goals.
- Deliver research insights through clear reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Advocate for inclusive research practices, ensuring all user groups, including those with disabilities, are represented.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- 3 -5 years experience in research operations, UX research support, program management in a B2B SaaS, technology or enterprise environment.
- Excellent project management skills. Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Sandos, Tango and Rally.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and FinTech user-centered design, experience in participant management and incentive programs.
