We’re looking for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our Shared Services Finance team. You'll provide essential reporting and analytical support to our Finance Partners (FBPs) as they work with leaders across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and business partnering.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Support FBPs by preparing monthly budget-to-actual reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for functional leaders.
Help with updating financial forecast models, including operating expense and headcount projections.
Track main goals such as hiring plans, departmental spend, and vendor expenses.
Help gather, validate, and format data for monthly forecasting cycles, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic planning meetings.
You will partner with other finance responsibilities to ensure, accurate, and reporting.
Maintain templates and tools used by FBPs to communicate financial performance and trends to partners.
You will support process improvements within FP&A shared services.
You will be reporting to Director, Strategy and Planning
What You'll Need to be Successful
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or business analysis (internships or SaaS experience).
- Solid Excel/ Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).
- Exposure to financial systems and planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Manage and manipulate large datasets.
