What You'll Do

We are looking for a Sales Technology Specialist to join our team. You will optimize the sales technology stack to improve sales performance, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency. You will work with Revenue Operations and Sales to provide support for technology solutions that support the company. If you are passionate about technology and sales enablement, this is an excellent opportunity to improve a dynamic and growing organization.


What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Sales Technology Support:

  • Assist to maintain prospecting sales technologies, including Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, Gainsight, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo.

  • Ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency between multiple systems, including the CRM.

  • Evaluate current sales technologies and provide recommendations for improvements for tool efficiency

  • Work with teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, IT) to align technology solutions with broader organisational goals and ensure data consistency across departments.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Design insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics using tools like Salesforce and Power BI

  • Analyze sales data to provide applicable insights that help increase sales strategies, pipeline management, and conversion rates.

  • Monitor system usage and ensure that data integrity is maintained across sales platforms through regular audits

  • Provide recommendations for improving sales performance through technology, training, and better usage of current tools.

Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Identify areas for automation within the sales cycle, including lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up processes.

  • Work with sales leadership to define process workflows and implement tools to automate repetitive tasks, allowing the sales team to focus on high-value activities.

  • Improve sales workflows and ensure technology adoption by the sales team.

User Support & Training:

  • Be a contact for resolving issues related to sales technology tools and help troubleshoot

  • Develop user manuals, training resources, and best practices for technology usage.

  • Be a advocate for technology adoption, driving enthusiasm and commitment across the sales organization.

  • You will be reporting to Manager, Sales Operations


What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales operations, technology, or systems management role (preferably in sales technology or CRM).

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.

  • Experience with data analysis tools (MS-Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to create meaningful insights.

  • Experience in sales prospecting tools such as Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo

  • Knowledge of sales process, workflow optimization, and integration of sales technologies
