What You'll Do

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, security management, automation, and ensuring the efficient use of DocuSign and Conga within Salesforce. The role will work closely with the Service Desk to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and improve Salesforce usability for business users.


What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Manage advanced administration functions, including complex user profiles, roles, and permission sets, while supporting ongoing user requests and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and revenue operations. Ensure CPQ functionality aligns with business requirements and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, document processes, and provide support to end users. Foster user adoption of new features, including Salesforce CPQ and any additional custom functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX, GDPR, and IT security policies related to Salesforce.
  • Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 support for Salesforce-related Service Desk requests.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and IT teams to optimize Salesforce usability.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to drive adoption and best practices.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign and Conga within Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL queries.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or ITSM tools is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
