Job Description

What You'll Do

We are looking for a strong professional who will report to the Lead/Manager and can work directly with Customers for validating completeness of Returns Customer during the on-boarding process prior to hand-off to Compliance for their first filing.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • You will onboard customers to the Sales & Use Tax Returns platform for compliance management (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
  • You will set up returns for periodic filing by connecting with customers.
  • You will validate return setups using a checklist.
  • You will notify customers of missing or incorrect information and assist with updates.
  • You will complete validation before the filing/locking period for Compliance hand-off.
  • You will communicate with GoLive, Customer Account Managers, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
  • You will update internal systems, including CRM and project management tools.
  • You will prioritize tasks, maintain work quality, and ensure effective communication with teams while adhering to company policies.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Education: Bachelor's in Commerce, Science, or Master's in Finance/Business Administration.
  • Technical Skills (Must-Have): Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good-to-Have: Knowledge of Sales & Use Tax, CRM software (Salesforce), scheduling tools (Zoom), tracking tools (Jira/Confluence), and onsite team experience.
  • Soft Skills (Must-Have): Excellent English, team player, professional communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good-to-Have: Experience with product-based companies and SaaS solutions.
  • Working Conditions: Willingness to work in US Pacific time zone and weekends if required.
