PMO Analyst supports implementation and service teams deliver technology-based products and services. The PMO Specialist helps oversee the daily operations of the Professional Services practice. You will work with Professional Services leadership well as cross-functional departments to enhance Avalara's products and services. This is a growing practice requiring someone with the ability to respond to increasing demand from our customers. You will report to Manager, Professtional Services and you will work from Pune office.

• Creation, allocation and tracking of the Projects in the Salesforce tool, realizing revenue after completion of the Projects
• You will track the opportunities and converting them into new projects in Salesforce
• Creation, delivery and organization of PS documents from templates
• Input of key data points into internal applications and tracking mechanisms
• Day-to-day support of specific product lines from sales to invoicing
• Create standard SOWs and approve Sales Quotations.
• Monitor the sales request queues
• Follow established internal process and procedures
• Contribute to department knowledge base and documentation
• Work with the other departments to help streamline processes throughout the organization
• Champion department interests across the company
• Support Sales Representatives and Customer Account Managers
• Support PS activities / events / projects

• 3 + years in project coordination with a SaaS background
• Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboard and Advance excel is required.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in 24/7 environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail as we work with timelines and have financial implications
• MBA in Finance
