As our Talent Management Leader, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and developing our people to support the company’s mission. In this Principal-level role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement talent management strategies that ensure programs for performance, promotion, career development, high-potential identification, and succession planning are both data-driven and impactful.
You will also utilize tech-enabled solutions, such as Workday, to automate and simplify talent management processes, creating a seamless and consistent experience for end users while driving efficiency across the organization. By collaborating with leaders, you will build the infrastructure that enables employees to thrive, be recognized for their contributions, and access growth opportunities that align with our long-term business goals.
The Talent Management Leader will report to the Vice President of Global DEI and People Partners. This role offers flexibility to be remote within the United States
Job Duties
- Understand long-term business strategy and goals and create Talent Management programs that enable the achievement of those goals.
- Provide professional expertise and lead the design, development, and implementation of programs including performance & compensation, promotion, career development, high potential identification, and succession planning.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are globally consistent, repeatable, and aligned to company strategy and goals.
- Work closely with the People Operations team to collect and coordinate data for talent management programs and translate those data into insights through analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Define talent management program timelines and milestones. Collaborate with various partners to ensure deliverables are developed and executed in a timely manner.
- Partner with business leaders and People & Culture partners to facilitate cross-functional talent management conversations and decisions.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of talent management programs.
- Advise and provide input on the development of training resources to support talent management programs.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Masters/Ph.D preferred
- 8+ years of experience designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that ensure performance management, promotion, career development, high potential identification, and succession planning.
- You have excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence diverse team members, including executives.
- Previous experience sourcing and applying organizational data to lead talent management programs.
- You have experience working with HRIS systems, i.e, Workday Talent Module

Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado $$162,900-$268,700 (annually)
Washington $162,900-297,100 (annually)
California $162,900-$325,400 (annually)
NYC $197,200-$325,400 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on several factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role.
