About Atmos Financial
Atmos Financial is a financial technology company building modern lending infrastructure for residential energy upgrades. We help banks, credit unions, installers, and homeowners finance projects that reduce energy bills, increase household energy independence, and improve reliability and resilience.
Our platform supports financing for solar, battery storage, electrification, and energy-efficiency upgrades—giving households more control over their energy costs while helping lenders and installers operate more efficiently.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Loan Servicing Manager to own and scale Atmos’ loan servicing function as origination volume grows across multiple lending partners and products. This role owns our loan servicing platform and is expected to materially influence product, underwriting, and lender confidence.
This role is central to the company. You’ll ensure servicing operations are accurate, compliant, and borrower-friendly—while working closely with our lending partners and underwriting team to improve loan decisioning, reduce friction, and ensure operational feedback loops inform credit policy and product design. We’ve recently migrated to LoanPro, an extensible, high-performance loan servicing platform, and you’ll own both the vendor relationship and the end-to-end integration. Your mandate is to help transform loan servicing from a reactive cost center into a proactive, value-added capability for borrowers, lenders, and internal teams.
This is a hands-on, systems-oriented role for someone who enjoys building processes, tightening controls, and collaborating across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and external lenders.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Scale Servicing Operations
Own loan servicing operations across the full loan lifecycle, from funding through payoff
Oversee payment processing, statements, escrow (where applicable), payoffs, refunds, and borrower account maintenance
Ensure a consistent, high-quality borrower experience with strong operational controls
Work Closely with Lenders & Underwriting
Serve as a primary operational contact for lending partners on servicing-related needs
Ensure lenders have the reporting, data, and operational support required for portfolio management, audits, and exams
Partner with underwriting and risk teams to surface servicing-driven insights—such as payment behavior, exceptions, disputes, and edge cases—to improve decisioning logic and credit policies
Compliance & Controls
Ensure servicing activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Develop, document, and maintain servicing policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support audits, examinations, and internal reviews related to servicing operations
Build Better Systems
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve servicing automation, tooling, workflows, and integrations
Translate servicing realities into clear product and underwriting requirements
Track servicing KPIs and implement continuous operational improvements
Team Leadership & Expertise
Act as a subject-matter expert for complex servicing issues and borrower escalations
Mentor and support servicing team members as volume and complexity scale
Who You Are
You’re a detail-oriented operator who understands that servicing quality directly impacts portfolio performance, lender confidence, and borrower trust. You’re comfortable working across teams, translating operational issues into system improvements, and taking ownership in a regulated, high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience in loan servicing, lending operations, or related financial services roles

Preferred (But Not Required)
