The Role

• Build AI products from scratch using AI coding tools for pro sports teams.
• Get forward deployed: work on-site with teams you've rooted for.
• Navigate the messiness of AI: prompts, evals, training, rapid iteration.
• Drive customer discovery and translate needs into product requirements.
• Partner with co-founders on go-to-market: demos, deals, relationships.
• Shape product direction based on field feedback.

About You

• Non-CS backgrounds welcome. You can build with AI and have been hands-on building with Cursor/Claude/ChatGPT, APIs, scripting.
• You're excited by what AI makes possible and energized by building things that used to require engineering teams.
• High-initiative generalist who thrives in ambiguity and learns quickly.
• Strong communicator with both executives and technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: move fast, iterate with users, figure things out.
• Energized by being forward deployed, working on-site with customers.
• You’ve shipped multiple side projects, especially those built with AI tools.
