About the role

The Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager builds the reusable revenue-acceleration system AgVend’s growth depends on: one template architecture: ROI narrative, proof points, account-plan inputs, objection handling that equips AgVend to move enterprise, Nexus, and core deals faster and win more of them. You build the system that makes bespoke decks unnecessary.

You also own defining and locking AgVend’s Digital Levels of Value (DLV) framework: the single, company-wide standard for what growth looks like at each stage of a partner’s journey. Once the definition is locked and signed off by leadership, day-to-day PSM application transfers to Partner Marketing and Partner Success. Your job is to set the standard and iterate as new outcomes are created with platform enhancement.

2026 is a build year. 2027 is the same system, proven, extended to more accounts and to core business. What you build now for the top enterprise and Nexus accounts must work, largely unmodified, on core-business deals next year. Success is measured in win-rate and cycle-time movement against AgVend’s existing baselines, not in asset volume shipped.

While we value periodic in-person time together, we operate a distributed-first team model and are looking for the best, regardless of location.

What you will do

Revenue Acceleration System (Core Build)
  • Design, build, and maintain the core reusable deal-acceleration template and campaigns: ROI narrative, proof points, pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, email sequences, account-plan inputs that are usable across enterprise, Nexus, and core deals.
  • Convert Product Marketing’s positioning briefs into modular, reusable, on-brand assets that cut custom-deck time.
  • Support multi-touch, persona-specific outreach that warms and advances strategic accounts.
  • Ensure the right asset exists for the right persona at every stage of the buying process.
  • Integrate the template into existing sales infrastructure with coordinated with ABM campaigns.
Competitive Enablement
  • Partner with Product Marketing to turn competitive intelligence into battlecards and objection-handling guides embedded in the template.
  • Bring field-sourced objections back into the messaging loop so positioning stays sharp.
Enablement Program Ownership & Productivity Impact
  • Once the program is built: Run sales enablement as a managed program with clear ownership of adoption, ramp, and win-rate outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on field readiness and deal support.
Competitive Enablement at Scale
  • Operate a continuously refreshed competitive enablement program in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Ensure the field is ready for new entrants, point solutions, and evolving objections.
Content Analytics & Continuous Optimization
  • Instrument content usage and effectiveness; use the data to retire, refresh, and prioritize assets.
  • Report which assets correlate with win-rate lift and cycle-time reduction against AgVend’s existing baselines.
  • Close the loop between field outcomes and enablement investment.
DLV Standard-Setting
  • Refine and lock the company-wide DLV framework definition and standard metric calculations, resolving the draft version that is in pilot.
  • Hand off day-to-day PSM execution and business-review application to Partner Success.

What we are looking for

Experience
  • 4–6 years in ABM, growth marketing, revenue/sales enablement, or product marketing in a B2B environment, with demonstrated experience building systems or templates that scale.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Agriculture, ag retail, or AgTech experience is a plus.
Knowledge & Tools
  • Financial/ROI narrative fluency: able to translate product capability into balance-sheet language (margin, cash flow, AR days) for CEO, CFO, and COO audiences.
  • Campaign and account execution: running ABM plays for named accounts end-to-end: research, messaging, asset build, sequencing, coordination with the AE.
  • Content/usage analytics: able to instrument an asset (view, engagement, deal influence) and read the data to improve future approach to increase win-rate, decrease avg cycle length.
  • CRM and sales-tooling fluency: comfortable working inside Salesforce, and specifically inside the Deal Intelligence Layer and account-plans.
  • Ag/ag-retail domain literacy: needs to understand or quickly understand balance-sheet realities of a co-op or ag retailer fast (margin pressure, seasonal cash flow, M&A dynamics) to write credible ROI stories.
Attributes
  • Cross-functional trust-building and strong EQ regarding buyer behavior
  • Systems-thinker: builds one reusable structure instead of a fourth one-off deck.
  • Curiosity/testing instinct: wanting to know what actually worked, and adjusting according to the data.
  • Disciplined: says no to bespoke one-off requests and routes urgent asks through the template system.
  • Cross-functional credibility: earns trust directly with AEs and Nexus/BD leads, not just with Marketing leadership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a build-in-progress environment; self-directed in a distributed team.

What success looks like

  • One reusable deal-acceleration template is live and in active use across enterprise, Nexus, and a defined number of core-business deals — the same system, not a parallel one.
  • A single DLV definition and standard metric calculations are locked, signed off by leadership, and adopted by Partner Success for PSM execution — no competing versions remain in active use.
  • Measurable win-rate lift and cycle-time reduction on template-supported deals versus AgVend’s existing baselines (30% win rate; 180-day enterprise cycle time; ≤45-day expansion cycle time).
  • Sales and Nexus report the template is easy to find, current, and directly credited with advancing deals.
