Brief of the Role
We are looking for a Network Activation Lead (NAL) to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will take the go-to-market strategies of the nation’s leading crop protection, seed, and fertilizer manufacturers and translate them into actionable marketing and sales plans that drive measurable results across the AgVend network. You will serve as the day-to-day operational partner for these manufacturers, coordinating with their field sales organizations and aligning internal AgVend teams to execute flawlessly. You will work side by side with Account Executives to ensure every activation delivers bottom-line impact through greater sales, marketing efficiencies, and increased ROI. You will report to the Head of Network Activation.Your Background
You have spent meaningful time on the manufacturer side of the ag input supply chain; you understand how manufacturers build go-to-market strategies, how their field sales teams are structured and incentivized, and how to turn HQ strategy into field-level execution. You have the credibility to walk into a room with a district sales manager or regional lead and be taken seriously. Specifically, you must have:-
At least 6 years of experience in sales, account management, brand management, or customer success within the agriculture input supply chain, with direct exposure to manufacturer-side go-to-market planning and execution

Demonstrated experience coordinating with or working alongside manufacturer field sales teams; you understand how district managers, territory reps, and regional leads operate and how to align them around a shared activation goal

Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional execution across multiple stakeholders and teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex strategies into clear plans

The nation’s largest and most innovative ag suppliers are turning to the AgVend Network to execute their go-to-market strategies. As a Network Activation Lead, you are the day-to-day operational partner for these suppliers. You will deeply understand their business objectives, align with the Account Executive on the overall strategy for the partnership, and translate that strategy into clear activation requirements that guide how AgVend teams execute.
Field Sales Coordination
A significant part of what makes activations succeed is field-level alignment. You will work directly with manufacturer field sales organizations; interfacing with district managers, regional leads, and territory reps, to ensure ground-level buy-in and execution. You understand how field teams are motivated and how to make it easy for them to champion AgVend-powered initiatives within their accounts.
Network Activation
Build activation plans in collaboration with Nexus Account Executives to deliver on the goals of the supplier. Coordinate across internal AgVend teams to clearly articulate the plan and value that it will bring to the AgVend network. Execute business reviews and strategy sessions using data-driven stories and articulate the value of a successful activation.
