Your Role at impact.com:

As a Creator Productivity Associate, you’ll be the engine driving our creator ecosystem forward, supporting the vital work of connecting brands with impactful creators. This is a high-energy associate role for someone eager to learn the ropes of creator partnerships, acting as a supportive resource for creators and internal teams alike. You won’t just manage workflows; you’ll help shape positive creator experiences by removing operational friction, providing critical performance visibility, and ensuring our partners feel supported every step of the way as our marketplace continues to scale.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Partner Journey: Actively assist with end-to-end in-platform workflows, guiding creators through program applications, facilitating the administrative side of contract processes, and helping track content deliverables to ensure successful partnerships.
• Drive Engagement & Outreach: Play a key role in creator outreach campaigns by researching potential partners, managing communication waves, and applying optimization strategies—such as crafting fitting subject lines and optimal email scheduling—to boost engagement and open rates.
• Coordinate Support & Resolution: Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Creator Relations, Customer Solutions, and Technical Services, triage issues, and ensure timely, helpful support ticket resolution for our creators.
• Analyze & Report on Performance: Assist in producing periodic performance reports that deliver clear data on creator activity and marketplace status, supporting optimization and strategic planning for internal teams.
• Stay Curious & Informed: Keep a pulse on current influencer market trends, emerging social platforms, and impact.com product updates to continuously find new ways to improve creator support and outcomes.

What You Have:

• Passion for Partnerships: 1-2 years of experience or a strong demonstrable interest in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, or creator/talent partnerships.
• Platform Curiosity: Familiarity with influencer or marketing SaaS platforms; hands-on experience with impact.com is a plus, but not required.
• Organized Mindset: Foundational project management and organizational skills, with the ability to learn to prioritize multiple workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Clear Communicator: Thoughtful, written, and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging professionally with internal stakeholders, creators, and agencies.
• Data-Comfortable: A willingness and comfort working with performance data and marketing analytics tools (e.g., impact.com, Gemini AI) to help find and communicate insights.
• Team-Oriented Spirit: A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
