Your Role at Impact:

As Marketing Development Representative, you will be the first line of contact at Impact responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of Impact. Using a multitude of sales methods and tools, you will discover, plan and prospect new accounts that will drive long-term success for our customers and our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently achieve or surpass quota by executing our omni-channel inbound prospecting strategy and generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
  • Respond to inbound contact forms, inquiries, web chats, and emails promptly, providing informative and helpful responses to assess the needs and qualification of prospects. 3. Efficiently qualify potential customers, educate prospects, and build interest, urgency, and credibility during conversations.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools and diligently record relevant contacts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce on a daily basis, following established processes.
  • Utilize impact.com's sales processes and methodologies to actively engage target contacts and convert conversations into opportunities.
  • Meet response time service level agreements (SLAs) for inbound inquiries, ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for customers until their first meeting with a salesperson.
  • Provide valuable market and messaging feedback to team leadership based on your conversations, contributing to the enhancement of our company's selling strategy.
  • Work systematically and meticulously, consistently achieving KPI goals. Demonstrate a sense of urgency, thoroughness, and tenacity to create a positive first impression when engaging with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop cross-team initiatives, including industry events, demand generation campaigns, and content, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Actively pursue self-improvement in your process and execution on a daily basis, while also supporting the growth of your team members. Display initiative and proactivity in your work.
