Your Role at impact.com:

As a Solutions Consultant based in London, you will be the bridge between complex technology and business value, partnering with our Enterprise AE team to drive revenue across the region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your technical expertise and curiosity to uncover client challenges and design bespoke solution plans that inspire confidence in our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth global team where you can shape the future of commerce partnerships for some of the world's most iconic brands.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead technical sales activities by creating and delivering high-impact platform demonstrations, scoping technical solutions, and facilitating working sessions that inspire prospect confidence.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to document customer technical requirements and positive business outcomes, ensuring our technology aligns perfectly with their strategic goals.
  • Design and document solution plans and technical integrations that provide a seamless transition to our onboarding and Customer Success teams for long-term partner health.
  • Draft technical RFP responses and manage security questionnaires, ensuring all technical inquiries are handled with precision and speed during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share industry feedback and customer requests, helping to articulate our product vision and stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Create reusable technical content and assets for pipeline generation campaigns that can be leveraged across the broader global sales and solutions organization.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years working in a customer facing role at a digital marketing or technology company.
  • Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred
  • Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
  • Continuous learner looking to be challenged with new product capabilities and customer use cases
  • Experience within the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem required
  • Natural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of the client challenges
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, file transfer systems
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to command engagement at an executive level
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience and make complex solutions simple
  • Consistent and detailed approach to preparation and team collaboration
