Your Role at impact.com:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead human resources operations for our U.S. Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development, along with the ability to partner closely with senior and executive leaders to provide strategic guidance, propose innovative solutions, and drive initiatives that reflect both our business goals and company culture.
Ultimately, this role serves as a trusted advisor on all aspects of people and organizational effectiveness—helping to shape a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive GTM organization.
What You'll Do:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Understand business strategies, key performance drivers and competitive landscape
- Translate business needs into a workforce plan that will meet current and future talent needs
- Analyze and interpret data to drive results
- Ensure the actions of employee/managers/self are aligned with core values
- Suggest new HR strategies and provide policy guidance
- Be a core member of the North American People team.
What You Bring:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% Company annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
