Affinity is a relationship intelligence platform that helps dealmakers find, manage, and close more deals by leveraging the power of their network. We use technology to amplify human relationships by providing data and insights that enable people to connect and take action with confidence.

As a Senior Product Designer at Affinity, you’ll have the opportunity to fundamentally change the way people leverage their relationships to do business. You’ll be working on complex, data-rich SaaS products to make them intuitive, useful, and delightful.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small, growing design team.

In this role, we are looking for a true generalist who is excited about the entire product design lifecycle. You will fully own your research, from early discovery and customer interviews to usability testing. You will then translate those insights into elegant, high-fidelity user experiences. As we continue to push the boundaries of relationship intelligence, you will design innovative experiences for AI-augmented product surfaces. We want a designer who isn't just comfortable designing for AI, but who is also excited to use AI and modern design tools, including basic front-end code or vibe-coding, to prototype and bring ideas to life.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves, tackle ambiguous SaaS and data challenges, and contribute to the design culture here at Affinity.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design process for major product areas from initial strategy and concept through to high-fidelity execution and developer handoff.

  • Proactively scope, conduct, and synthesize user research and testing, acting as the champion for customer insights and turning user feedback into tangible product decisions.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment to ship high-quality experiences and ensure implementation quality in production.

  • Create intuitive interfaces that turn complex, AI-driven data and relationship intelligence into clear, actionable, and trustworthy insights for our customers.

  • Proactively contribute ideas that influence the strategy and direction of the product areas you own.

  • Help us build a highly collaborative design community by participating in design critiques and sharing feedback openly and constructively.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional product design experience shipping high-quality, impactful product experiences.

  • A self-sufficient researcher with proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis, turning those insights into actionable takeaways.

  • Experience designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products.

  • A strong visual eye, high attention to detail, and exceptional level of craft.

  • A builder’s mindset and are comfortable working at the intersection of design and code, whether that be through front-end development or vibe-coding with AI tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale clearly, tell compelling product stories, and navigate stakeholder feedback with empathy.

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and have a track record of cutting through complexity to deliver value quickly.

How we work:

Our culture is a key part of how we operate as well as our hiring process:

  • We iterate quickly. As such, you must be comfortable embracing ambiguity, be able to cut through it and deliver incremental value to our customers each sprint.

  • We are candid, transparent, and speak our minds while simultaneously caring personally with each person we interact with.

  • We make data-driven decisions and make the best decision for the moment based on the information available.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every qualification. At Affinity, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t perfectly align with the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Join us in enabling every professional on the planet to succeed by harnessing the power of their relationships.
