What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in hiring top-tier talent with the Engineering, GTM, Finance and G&A lines of business and within our US, EMEA and LATAM markets.

As a TA Manager you will lead TA delivery and enablement across recruiting pods by partnering with Talent Advisors (TAs) to guide standardized processes, quality, and smart technology adoption. Build recruiter capability, enforce strategies/Service level agreements, and run a metrics-based operating rhythm that improves speed, quality, and experience at scale across our Engineering, GTM and G&A functions. You will report to the regional TA Director.


What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Partner with Talent Advisors for delivery excellence. Collaborate with recruiters to design sourcing strategies and proactive hiring campaigns, while maintaining team member agreement through coaching and collaboration.
  • Make the tools work for us. Promote disciplined use of ATS/CRM, scheduling, and AI-assisted sourcing
  • Run on metrics. Maintain Service level agreements and a rhythm of weekly recruiter check ins. Analyze funnel health, throughput, and quality signals throughout searches
  • Grow the team. Build recruiter capability with training paths, shadowing, and rubrics (intake quality, calibration, submittal quality, debrief facilitation, closing).
  • Balance capacity. Manage recruiter capacity, requisition routing, and surge plans; create simple prioritization rules that align supply with business demand.
  • Champion candidate and hiring-team experience. Use CSAT/NPS, drop-off analysis, and bar-raising guides to improve the candidate experience.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 5–10+ years in TA with 2–4+ years leading recruiting teams across regions/time zones.
  • 3+ years of experience promoting standardized processes and tooling at scale (ATS/CRM, scheduling, AI sourcing, analytics/BI); data fluency (build/read dashboards, diagnose funnels).
  • Experience coaching recruiters and raising bar on submittal quality, interview discipline, and closing.
  • Change-management experience: implementing standards, driving adoption, and holding teams accountable with empathy.
  • Experience working within a SaaS/Cloud/FinTech/AI/NLP environment along with global exposure across EMEA/LATAM.
